The markers on the basin are scanned by a strip (without the bottom of the basin), the perimeter of the basin is 1.7 m, during this distance the error in the position of the markers accumulates, and at the junction the markers may diverge by 1-2 mm.

To optimize the position of the markers, the built-in photogrammetry system is used in the software.
In the video (moment 00:32), when I click on the Photogrammetry correction button, the position of some markers changes – this is the optimization of photogrammetry. When I press the same button again, nothing happens, since the markers already have the optimal position.

This correction eliminates the problem of combining markers at the joints when scanning large objects.
